Please be informed, that the sign-in period for the next semester will start on 27^th July 2026. 

The Budapest Metropolitan University is planning to organize the education on campus with personal attendance during the 2026/2027 autumn semester. 

Important dates and deadlines: 

Medicare insurance fee payment deadline (if applicable): 26^th July 2026 - Without settling this obligation, it is not possible to sign in with active student status.

Online sign-in period (for upper-semester students): 27^th July (12:00 CEST) –2^nd August 2026 (23:59 CEST) - Students with outstanding liabilities cannot sign in. 

Tuition fee payment deadline (1^st half for upper-semester students): 7^th August 2026 - The tuition fees will be charged in the Neptun system in EUR in two instalments from 31^st July 2026. The instalments will become available within two working days after you sign in, starting from the date mentioned above. The amount must arrive at the university’s bank account until 7^th August 2026. In case of a delay in payment, a late payment fee will be charged. 

Online sign-in period beyond the deadline (for upper-semester students): 3^rd August –3^rd September 2026 (23:59 CEST) - 11.500 HUF procedural fee will be charged in Neptun.
